We value and appreciate your time, as well as our own. All appointments take a great deal of time and commitment. Appointments must be cancelled 1 days in advance. If you do not cancel within a 1day window, you will be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are 50% of the service booked.If you need to reschedule, you can do so by phone, text or email. Social media messages are not acceptable. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will need to reschedule and will be charged a cancellation fee. If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee. We value you as our guest. If you have questions, please do not hesitate to call the spa. All patients will need to have a credit card on file for these purposes.
